I was very hesitant to make an appointment because I have been to an open MRI before at a different company and was not happy. I called the office and spoke to Jeanette, she walked me through everything including what I should expect. I felt assured that all would go well. When I came in the waiting room was very clean and I felt very protected with the sanitary condition of the office. I didn’t have to wait too long before Chic came to get me. She was very kind and put me at ease right away. I would definitely recommend PDI and not hesitate to come back. I want to give my thanks to all at this location for making the process so easy.
